Our simple promise

Every Cognivault episode is hand-crafted just for you. The moment you place your order, our writers, narrators, and editors start working immediately — that’s why we keep our refund policy very straightforward and transparent.

Refund rules (in plain English)

Once an order is confirmed and payment is received, we are unable to offer refunds or cancellations.

We do make three small, common-sense exceptions (processed within 14 days of purchase):

  • You accidentally ordered twice → full refund, no questions asked
  • A technical problem stops you downloading the final files → full refund or replacement
  • We have to remove your episode for copyright reasons after delivery → automatic full refund

In all other cases the sale is final — this lets us keep our prices fair and our team fully focused on delivering your episode quickly and beautifully.

Revisions instead of refunds

We include unlimited free revisions for 7 days after the first complete version is delivered. Most “I’m not quite happy” situations are solved this way — and we’re always happy to tweak until you love it.

How to request one of the three exceptions

Just email hello@cognivault.org with your order number. We reply fast and process valid refunds the same day.
