Our commitment

Cognivault is committed to making its website and all audio/video content accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA and the UK Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) Accessibility Regulations 2018.

How accessible this website is

We believe this website meets WCAG 2.1 AA standards. All pages:

  • Are fully navigable using a keyboard
  • Have sufficient colour contrast
  • Use clear, descriptive link text
  • Include proper heading structure and alt text for images
  • Work with screen readers (NVDA, VoiceOver, JAWS, TalkBack)
  • Support browser zoom up to 300 % without loss of content or function

Audio & video content

Every episode includes:

  • Accurate, human-written transcripts (downloadable PDF)
  • Descriptive captions on all videos
  • Clear narration at a moderate pace
  • High-contrast visuals and readable fonts in videos

Enforcement procedure

The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) is responsible for enforcing the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018. If you’re not happy with how we respond to your complaint, contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS).

Technical information

Cognivault Ltd is not a public sector body, but we voluntarily follow the same high accessibility standards as public sector organisations.

This website was last tested on 15 November 2025. The test was carried out internally using automated tools and manual screen-reader testing.
